Here at Pinnacle Fitness, we are focused on our athletes (ages 13+) reaching new achievements and goals every time they train with us.  Our system is individualized programs created for each athlete to promote their conditioning in a high-energy, results-driven environment.   Our expert staff train general power, endurance, agility along with unique skills and tools for specific sport functions. Become more explosive, technical, and efficient all while learning ways to protect yourself from sports-related injuries and mistakes.  

Athletes can also expect to receive the following:

  • Assessment for performance limitations and injury risk factors using the Pinnacle Fitness Comprehensive Biomechanical Assessment
  • Increased knowledge of body, nutrition and fitness
  • Custom-written program based on individual’s training experience, needs, and goals
  • Individualized coaching in a high energy environment with an average coach to athlete ratio of 1:5 with our highly trained, professional staff coaches

Rates 

For less than $25 per session, Athletic Development Program is the most cost-effective option for motivated athletes to train within a world-class training program!

Athletes may train anywhere from 1x to 3x per week at the following cost per month

There is a 3-month minimum commitment.

1 sessions each week = $120/month

2 sessions each week = $200/month

3 sessions each week = $279/month

Family discounts are available; we offer 10% discounts to the first two siblings.

Scheduling 

Our Athletic Development Program sessions are by appointment and can be scheduled in advance.

Each session is approximately 60 minutes long, and can occur on the following days and times:

Monday 3:30PM – 4:30PM

Wednesday 3:30PM-4:30PM

Saturday 10:00AM – 11:00AM
