Our “Cooking With Flavor” class is a series of cooking demonstrations intended to inspire and teach healthy ways to cook and enjoy eating while still being healthy. We address common issues and misconceptions while teaching basic techniques to help you become a better “meal prepper”, “home chef” or “Grill Master”! Hosted quarterly, these events are becoming quite popular.
