What is Mindbody?

 

Mindbody is our scheduling software that you will use to schedule all semi-private sessions, larger group classes or workshops. Start scheduling by downloading the Mindbody app onto your phone.

How do I sign up for Mindbody?

 

Once you have the Mindbody app downloaded to your phone, you will need to create an account using the email you gave us at Pinnacle Fitness. 

 

Once you are logged in, search for Pinnacle Fitness – you can add us to your “favorites” by clicking the heart icon, this will help you easily navigate our schedule every time you open the app. 

 

How does scheduling work?

 

Semi-private, Large Group Trainings & Workshops:

Use the Mindbody app to schedule all your semi-private training sessions. When you click on Pinnacle Fitness you can then swipe through any date on the calendar to see the available sessions.

 

If a class says “book” you are able to click the book button and be added into the session

 

If a class says “waitlist” you will be added to the waitlist – this does not mean you are guaranteed a spot yet, however, if anyone cancels out early, you will automatically be bumped into the session and will receive a text confirming this.

 

If a class says “call” then it means it is both full and on a waitlist – by calling us we can talk through if there are any other time slots that will work for you

 

If it says “Pay or Drop In,” You need to call us at 480-306-7187 because your account is not syncing properly.  Do not pay any additional money if you have already paid for the trial. 

 

If you click on the “Profile” tab at the bottom of the homepage of the app, you can easily see a listing of every session you have booked for yourself in one spot!

Private Training Sessions:

All Private training sessions are booked via the trainer or by calling Pinnacle Fitness as 480-306-7187.You may also text through Naamly. If you need to cancel your private training session please call Pinnacle Fitness or reach out to your trainer via Naamly at (480)-470-4060.

 

How do I contact my trainer or the gym?

 

There are 2 numbers you can use to contact us here at Pinnacle Fitness. You can give us a call at our number (480) 306-7187 or you can use our Naamly number (480)-470-4060. 

 

What is Naamly?

Naamly is the messaging software we use at Pinnacle Fitness to connect every gym member with all the trainers and staff seamlessly. With Naamly you can communicate with staff through texting, emailing, and calling. Naamly Number: (480)-470-4060
