Dear Pinnacle Fitness Family:

I wanted to send you a note about our response to the Coronavirus. As I am sure most of you are aware, there has been an increasing concern that the virus will likely continue to spread around the world, including the United States. Of course, we at Pinnacle Fitness take this information seriously and are continuing to monitor the information sent out by the CDC and by the Arizona Health Department.

We will be making every effort to keep our environment healthy and clean. Pinnacle Fitness has a designated cleaning routine. Twice a week, the gym is deep cleaned by our Pinnacle Fitness crew. Also, in between sessions, coaches are instructed to wipe any equipment that had been used or in contact with members. We also have hand sanitizer in a dispenser by the front entrance that all crew members use between clients. Again, the hand sanitizers do not replace soap and water, but are used in addition to hand washing or a stop-gap between handwashing.

For your part, please make sure you follow health and safety practices as you choose to come to Pinnacle Fitness. If you are showing signs of illness–fever, throwing up, severe congestion or cough, excessive sneezing, nausea, headache, etc.,–please stay at home. Additionally, please make sure your hands are washed upon arrival at the gym.

Thank you for helping to keep Pinnacle Fitness as clean and healthy as possible. We will continue to monitor the spread of the Coronavirus, and keep you informed of any issue surrounding it that will impact Pinnacle Fitness. Also, please feel free to look at the CDC website and the Arizona Health Department for further updates of information.

One thing of note, be sure to do anything you can to boost your immune system. Everyone is very concerned with not spreading the virus, but be aware that sleep, proper diet, immune boosting supplements, high quality water intake, and exercise all help boost the bodies ability to fight infections.

As always, please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any further questions or concerns.

Building from the ground up.

Luke
